Essential Knowledge Skills of:

Windows 7, Excellent communication skills, Strong understanding of setting up wireless networks , Office 365, Word, Excel, Knowledge of setting up home security/ anti-virus. Full training will be given.

Role & Responsibilities:

You will be working with the service desk team. You must have a proven track record in being reliable, dedicated and committed. Working with the front office, middle office and back office resolving 1st line issues through escalation and logging tickets and calls through dedicated IT systems.

You will be required to work to a defined training program over a two year period with a dedicated trainer.

  • Providing ongoing 1st line support for escalation on the following, maintenance, upgrades and installation of all supported software and hardware as defined by the IT Manager.
  • To respond to all work order requests within SLAs, document all IT support calls, update and maintenance of the Help Desk database.
  • Supporting the IT Manager in keeping all relevant IT documentation up-to-date.
  • Maintaining the inventory of IT asset.
  • Preparing documentation to support the IT manager in definition of localised budgetary requirements
