Any previous experience or education in Business Administration, business process improvements within a contractor service provider.
Knowledge of MS Office packages.
Knowledge or experience within IT would be beneficial.
Experience within service improvements, managing and owning processes

Role & Responsibilities:
HR – Resource administration, writing and posting of job adverts
Client and Contractor survey management
Management Information, collate present and design where required weekly/monthly reporting
Attend PO Meetings to help contractor extension process and invoice process
Contract generation, renewal and ensuring documents are accurate.
Pre-Employment screening and process management
Statement of Works Management
Interlock between Ops and Finance Develop a strong understanding of the company’s range of products and service.
Support Business Development Managers
Incident, Change and Problem Management
