Earlier this year Thebes transformed its service model in order to provide a more optimized solution to Refinitiv. As part of this initiative Thebes India was launched in Bangalore.
Michael Hall and Amulya Sharma visited the team in India during the last week of November 19. It was primarily focussed on meeting the team, the key Refinitiv managers and also to understand the processes and future strategy so that Thebes can plan for a better service integration.
This trip was also a milestone in taking the next steps to progress the Thebes India setup. Offices have now been sourced and Thebes India is located at #102, Wing-A, Carlton Towers, Bangalore. The trip was a huge success. Sunil and the team went out of their way to ensure that everything went smoothly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Not only was it great to meet the team but there were also several successful client meetings.
On the last day Thebes hosted a dinner that was very well attended by both the client and the Thebes India team.
In a relatively short space of time the team in India have received a number of accolades from the client for their outstanding performance and willingness to go that extra mile.
They have also integrated with the UK team and now work seamlessly together providing a world class service solution.
